Professor Edwina Cornish has been appointed as one of the South Australian Productivity Commissioners, joining the current commissioners compose of Dr Matthew Butlin (Chair), Adrian Tembel and Prof Christopher Findlay.

Prof Cornish has extensive experience at the interface between government, research, industry and the higher education sector, and has held numerous board positions. She is currently a member of the Board of CSIRO, the Council of La Trobe University and is a Director of the Biosciences Research Centre.
