*Erratum: Please note that the row titles in table 1 on page 20 were recorded incorrectly. This was corrected on 21 November 2018.
The issues paper was released on 16 November 2018 and outlines the Commission’s approach to the inquiry, key issues, and the timetable for the inquiry. The issues paper is structured around the matters the Premier has specifically identified in the terms of reference for the inquiry.
The issues paper is intended to generate responses from business and other key stakeholders and poses questions to encourage feedback. The Commission is particularly interested in experiences and evidence relevant to the issues identified in the issues paper.
Every submission provided to the Commission will be considered and, unless it is identified as being confidential or is an abuse of process, will be published on our website.
Next Steps
Following consideration of initial submissions, the Commission released a draft report on 25 March 2019 detailing evidence, key findings and draft recommendations. Further consultation to test these findings and to gather additional evidence will follow the draft report’s publication.
